EcoMade makes its Belgian debut at Gault&Millau Belgium 2025
For Fine2Dine, the 2025 edition of Gault&Millau Belgium was all about innovation, creativity, and connection. The event brought together the cream of Belgian gastronomy and provided the perfect platform to introduce Fine2Dine's new sub-brand, EcoMade, to the Belgian public for the first time.
The premiere of EcoMade

With EcoMade, we are taking a new step in sustainable design. The collection combines aesthetics and ecology in a way that perfectly matches the future of the hospitality industry: conscious, stylish, and innovative.
During Gault&Millau, EcoMade was received with remarkable enthusiasm. Chefs and restaurateurs discovered the unique character of the material, the refined design, and the sustainable approach—and immediately showed their interest.
An evening full of both pride and inspiration
In addition to EcoMade, our Contour collection also received a lot of attention—a timeless series that combines elegance and strength in one subtle design.
Fine2Dine x Top Chefs
During the gala dinner, our vision literally came to life.
Kevin Graf, chef at De Bakermat in Ninove and voted Youngest Chef of the Year – Flanders, cooked on our Ferro collection — the very first time it had been used for cooking. A first that perfectly matched his young, daring style.
Karen Torosyan, chef at Bozar in Brussels and named Chef of the Year 2026, presented his dishes on our Contour collection. His precision and elegance were in perfect harmony with the design.
